| Offered every second and fourth Sundays after each service, in the
Health Center. |

| Fitness Center |
| A weight exercise bench, treadmill, stationary
bicycle,
abdominal exerciser and a rowing machine are available year-round in the Health Center. Please remember
to sign in and sign out. |
| Children under the age of
16 MUST be
supervised. Use of the equipment is at your own risk. |

| Books, pamphlets and videos on various topics are available for
the taking. You may keep them, but if you're finished with them,
