| Services are offered in the Health Center located off the hallway
between the vestry and the sanctuary. |

| Fitness Center |
| A weight exercise bench, treadmill, stationary
bicycle,
abdominal exerciser, rowing machine, slant exercise, and cardioglide are available year-round in the Health Center. Please remember
to sign in and sign out. |
| Children under the age of
16 MUST be
supervised. Use of the equipment is at your own risk. |

| Wellness Resource Library |
| Books, pamphlets and videos on various topics are available for
the taking. You may keep them, but if you're finished with them,
please return them or share them with others. |

| Medical
Equipment Loan Closet |
| Currently we have walkers, bedside
commodes, canes, crutches, bath chairs, bath benches, electric hospital
beds, and an electric wheelchair for loan. We simply ask that they
are returned to Palm when no longer needed ― otherwise they may be used
as long as necessary. We accept donations of unwanted medical
equipment to help stock the closet. |
